IgnitionPoint was founded by Bryan Urroz, CPA — a finance executive with twenty years inside the financial core of B2B SaaS companies. Not advising from the sidelines, but sitting in the seat as CFO, reporting to boards, managing lender relationships, and building the infrastructure that scales.
Most recently, Bryan served as CFO of PureCars, a $300M PE-backed SaaS platform under Diversis Capital. During his tenure, the company achieved 29% revenue CAGR and 81% EBITDA CAGR, navigated a major banking disruption without missing a beat, and grew ARR by 282% during the hold period. He led capital structure optimization — refinancing term debt and transitioning to an ABL revolver that unlocked $10M in additional liquidity — and expanded beyond traditional FP&A to lead a cross-functional business operations team spanning Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, and IT.
Before PureCars, he was CFO at DealerBuilt, a $20M ParkerGale Capital portfolio company that achieved 33% revenue growth over two years. Bryan led the first acquisition in the company's history — from deal execution through full integration across all departments, compressed the monthly close from 30 days to 7, and designed a cash forecasting model that delayed a planned capital raise by six months — preserving equity for the founders. As at PureCars, he led well beyond the finance function, overseeing HR, IT, Security, and outsourced Legal.
Earlier, he served as Controller at Geoforce, a $30M global SaaS company operating across the US, Canada, and Australia that achieved 100% revenue growth over three years. Bryan was a key contributor to the company's successful exit to a private equity buyer — managing due diligence and financial analysis throughout the transaction — and integrated two acquisitions into the company's accounting systems and reporting.
I founded IgnitionPoint because I saw the same gap over and over: companies at every stage who needed access to senior finance leadership but didn't need, or couldn't yet justify, a full-time CFO. IgnitionPoint was designed to serve that entire spectrum.
